I needed help with a number of home office IT issues, including the setup of a new system, trouble shooting one of two laptops, backup and data restoration, and a few quality related tips. Jon of Computer Pro took care of the my list and did even more, without asking or charging. Based on results, great customer service, expertise and attitude, I am giving Jon and Computer Pro five stars. I also plan on keeping Computer Pro as my tech support.

  Fixed Computer and answered all my questions. Even helped me with my cell phone problems.

  Guess it is true that you don't hire a "geek" when you need a pro -- especially one who charges half the price and even includes an unexpected senior discount. I called a popular repair outfit with multiple locations, and after their dispatcher (out of state?) checked for 70 miles around, said they could get my Internet connection back in about a week. *gleep*

Computer Pro to the rescue. Jon showed up the next day, fixed the Internet problem and more swiftly and efficiently. Answered questions. Hooked up my printer. Untangled stuff. Solved a number of other problems. Made recommendations. And then he came back two days later when I had a separate Internet crash. No charge, he said, after showing up the same day I called to beg for more help. Claimed the second house call was covered under his personal service warranty.

He did not leave me unconnected for the better part of a week, but came at once, diagnosed the problems, fixed them quickly, and helpfully answered all my many questions. Way to go! Jon made the process seem as easy as if I were just borrowing a cup of sugar. Wonderful. Felt more like a neighbor helping out than some big deal inconvenience of an overpriced house call -- and then followed up just as fast for my second round of separate problems. Wonderful.

  Jon has been a wonderful asset to our business. He is prompt and really tries to get to us on a timely basis. It never fails that it seems like most of the time when we call we are in a time crunch and he accommodates us as best as he can. We have used him for at least 8 years and highly recommend him.
