About Us
Computer Pro has been serving the Austin, TX and surrounding area since 2004. We are an A+ certified professional company specializing in PC based desktop and laptop repair. Our mission is to offer customers unparalleled customer service in a day and age when this type commitment is almost non-existent. We specialize in onsite computer repair but also offer a variety of other services including drop off and pickup service, custom built PCs, data recovery as well as data destruction services.
Our office hours 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday and 10 to 5 Saturday closed on Sunday but call in case of emergency. We schedule all our appointments from the time you call and usually have same day availability. Our turnaround time for pick up and drop off service is 48 hours or less. Trip Charge
$20.00 inside the Austin city limits.
$30.00 Outside the Austin city limits, Including Buda, Kyle, Cedar Park, and Round Rock. Call for trip charge rates if you live outside these areas.
